I agree wholeheartedly. And I love that her food isn't out of my league, like Giada's or Barefoot Contessa's. Not that their food is difficult to prepare... just a little too fancy sometimes. If you have to slow down to pronounce mozzarella and peccorino romano properly, your food is too fancy.
